General provisions The Site Administration grants you access to the use of the SimbiOZ Website and its functionality on the terms that are the subject of these Terms of Use of the SimbiOZ Website. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the procedure and conditions for the provision of membership club services by the SimbiOZ website, hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Club", and is addressed to an individual who wishes to receive the services of the specified website (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"). To begin receiving services, the participant explicitly, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Agreement, and if you do not agree with any condition of the agreement, the Organizer suggests that you refuse to use his services and not register in this resource. The Organizer and the participant recognize the procedure and form of concluding this agreement as equivalent in legal force to the agreement concluded in writing and which are considered by the Site Administration as a public offer. Terms used in these Rules: The SimbiOZ website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is an online resource consisting of a set of: a) computer programs (program codes executed on computers); b) information (Content) posted in them by the Administration and/or Users. The SimbiOZ website is contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the network address (domain name): http://simbioz.club / (including all levels of the specified domain, both functioning as of the date of the User's acceptance of these Rules, and being launched and put into operation during its entire validity period). Additional functionality of the Site is software codes that are executed on computers as part of SimbiOZ computer programs and perform certain additional functions of the Site. The list of elements that make up the Additional Functionality of the Site, as well as the conditions for granting the User the right to use them, are defined in the license agreement, the current version of which is freely available on the Internet at http://simbioz.club/pages/liz.html , which is concluded by the Site Administration with the User in a simplified manner and is an affiliation agreement. 3. Status of the SimbiOZ Website Terms of Use: These Terms of Use of the SimbiOZ Website (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed by the Website Administration and define the terms of use and development of the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and Administration. The Rules also apply to relationships related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not Users of the Site, but whose rights and interests may be affected by the actions of Users of the Site. These Rules are a legally binding agreement between the User and the Site Administration, the subject of which is to provide the Site Administration with access to the User to use the Site and its functionality, provide thematic content, and organize surveys. In addition to these Rules, the agreement between the User and the Site Administration includes all special documents governing the provision of access to the use of separate, including Additional, Site functionality posted in the relevant sections of the Site on the Internet. The site administration provides its services on a paid basis, membership in the SimbiOZ project, posted on the Internet at http://simbioz.club / paid and is 15€ monthly. The membership fee is distributed as follows: - € 5 is allocated for the development of the platform, - 5€ form an Activity Fund to encourage participants, - €5 is allocated for the implementation of the principles of the community. The site administration can change this fee amount by notifying SimbiOZ participants in advance, through the "news thread" or by sending messages to participants in their personal accounts, 14 days before the change in this condition. An important condition: Participation in the Club and making a membership fee is not an investment, does not guarantee income and does not create financial instruments. Any payments from the Activity Fund are a reward for specific actions of a participant within the life of the Club and are incentive-based, not guaranteed. The User is obliged to fully familiarize himself with these Rules before registering on the Site. The User's registration on the Website means that the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules. These Rules may be changed and/or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document. The current version of the Rules is available on the Internet at: http://simbioz.club/pages/rules.html . The Site Administration recommends that Users regularly check the terms of these Rules for changes and/or additions. Continued use of the Site by the User after making changes and/or additions to these Rules means acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and/ or additions. 7. Responsibilities of the SimbiOZ User: When using the Site, the User must:comply with the provisions of the current legislation, these Rules and other special documents of the Site Administration;provide reliable, complete and up-to-date data during registration, and monitor their updating; The User's participation is automatically extended by debiting from his account on the 1st of each month the amount required to participate in the project in the amount relevant at that time. In case of a negative balance, the user's account is partially blocked for a period of 35 days. During this time, the user can pay for their membership and continue participating in the project. After this period, the account is permanently deleted, along with its entire history.; inform the Site Administration about unauthorized access to the personal page and/or unauthorized access and/or use of the User's password and login; do not provide other Users with access to their own personal page or to individual information contained on it in case this may lead to a violation of the law and/or these Rules, special documents of the Site Administration.; do not post information and objects (including links to them) on the personal page that may violate the rights and interests of others.; before posting information and objects (including, but not limited to, images of other people, other people's texts of various contents, audio recordings and videos), pre-evaluate the legality of their placement; keep confidential and not provide other Users and third parties with personal data that has become known to them as a result of communication with other Users and other use of the Site (including, but not limited to, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ICQ, passport data, banking information) and information about the private lives of other Users and third parties persons without obtaining the appropriate prior permission of the latter; perform backups of important information stored on the User's personal page.
