2. Behavior on the forum.

1. Flood — Posts consisting entirely of emoticons and meaningless words, are considered a violation and punishable always. In other cases, the admissibility of the communication determines the moderator.

2. Personal correspondence — clarification of personal relationships in forums are completely forbidden. Personal correspondence in the subject more than 1 message from each side shall be transported in private messages.

7. The dissemination of false information, viruses, Trojans, malicious programs, and spam email.

8. Public discussion of actions of moderators or the Administration for installing the comments, edit/delete messages or close/delete topics.

9. To place ads everywhere except specialized branches and signatures. These messages are immediately deleted and offenders blocked access to the forum.

10. Advertising of pornographic resources.

11. Posting messages/topics related to employment as a poster on our forum. That equates to cheating/aveniu!

12. Advertising third-party resources.

13.Advertising in your avatar and profile! Prohibited any mention of the individual attributes of the brand: the name, the advertising slogan, a slogan and a domain name.

14. Fraud, in all its forms and types (Punishment is BAN!)

1. When you create new forum topics, please follow the appropriate format shown on top in each section, otherwise your top will be deleted.

2. Before creating a new topic make sure you create it in the forum on relevant topics and try to make sure that this issue was not discussed previously.

3. Not create identical threads in different sections and posting of similar messages in different topics.

7. In the discussion of a topic forbidden to go to the person with insults and aggressive imposition of its views to another forum member.

9. The topic title should reflect the essence of its content, as well as to meet the requirements of the specific section (if present).

10. Posts must be only in Russian or English (In case this topic is aimed at the English-speaking participants of the project or created English-speaking participant)!

The duties of moderators is to maintain order in the forum, the prevention of violations of the rules of the forum and finally clean the forum from dirt and debris. The competence and experience of the moderators allow them to take in each case the solution as close to the objective: in some cases, comments, and some require a more significant punishment to the offender in the future, still adhered to the rules of the forum or completely stopped in the way to communicate with others. The site administration reserves the right to delete comments or parts of comments, if they do not meet these requirements.
