Weight loss drink: a simple recipe
Composition:
1 medium-sized kiwi;
2 slices of lemon with zest;
7-10 sprigs of parsley (leaves only);
6-8 fresh mint leaves;
100 ml of water;
1 teaspoon of natural honey.
How to cook:
Peel the kiwi and put it in the bowl of a blender. Add chopped lemon and parsley to it. Chop all the ingredients thoroughly. Then add honey, mint and water, and mix the mixture again in a blender until smooth. Your healthy drink is ready to drink immediately after cooking!
